Static ads that are working
Pulled from the Meta Ad Library
Running in the United States right now. The number under each one is how long it has been on air, which is the only public signal of performance there is. Copy the structure, not the artwork.
Green Dental Studio
Live since March 2025 / 18 months
The single longest running implant ad in Fort Lauderdale. The image does one job: it puts the two options side by side and lets the reader decide. Three short contrasts per side, no paragraphs, no logo at the top. The copy opens on the reader's doubt, "don't know whether or not you are a good candidate?", and the destination is a conversation, not a website.
Opens on the problem in six words, "Tired of loose or uncomfortable dentures?". The image carries the doctor's face, the procedure name and the offer in one frame. Conversion happens in the message thread with a keyword, so there is no website in the path at all.
Price as the entire headline. One number, one phone line, one face. It is the most aggressive position in the market and it has held for six months, which tells you how much of this category is decided on cost.
Authority built from counted facts instead of adjectives: award seals, years, patient volume. The layout is busy, and it still runs, because the seals do the work in the first half second. A useful model for how to present your own numbers once you give them to us.

Video ads that are working
Watch these before you film
Open each link and watch the first three seconds. That is the part we are asking you to reproduce.
Nuvia Dental Implant Center
Live since December 2025 / 9 months
The biggest implant advertiser in the country. Sells the social embarrassment before it names a procedure, then asks for a 60 second quiz instead of an appointment. Note the thumbnail: one person, one face, no set.
An eight second video and a four word headline. Proof that length is not what makes these work. The same structure runs for dozens of practices nationwide under the same funnel.
The most complete copy in the market right now. Price anchored against the category, monthly payment, what is included, Google rating, scarcity. Study the structure, not the numbers.
Read this part, because it changes what the video has to do.
Meta has blocked tracking data from lasolas-dentistry.com and lasolasfamilydental.com. It classifies dental as a health provider category, so the pixel on the website cannot report conversions, cannot build retargeting audiences, and cannot build lookalikes of your patients. We have filed a review request, and we are not counting on it.
Until that changes, the campaign collects the patient's information inside Facebook and Instagram, not on your website. That takes the website out of the funnel and puts the entire job on the video. In this setup the creative is not decoration around the campaign. The creative is the campaign.
Objective of the piece
What these videos must do
Make a person who is missing teeth, or who is wearing a denture they dislike, stop scrolling and complete a short form inside Facebook or Instagram, so your front desk gets a name and a phone number with context attached.
These are not brand videos. They are not office tours, not staff introductions, not holiday posts. One video, one job.
Target audience
Who is on the other side of the screen
Adults roughly 45 to 70, living within 25 miles of Las Olas Boulevard
Missing one tooth, several teeth, or a full arch. Or wearing a denture or partial that moves, hurts, or embarrasses them
They have been postponing this for years. The three reasons they give are cost, fear of surgery, and a bad experience at a previous dental office
Most of them do not know whether they still qualify for implants after that much time. That doubt is the opening, and it is the only thing we are allowed to talk about until the practice approves an offer in writing
Main message
One sentence, every piece
You may still be a candidate, and the only way to know is to have someone look at your case.
Everything in the video serves that sentence. No price, no percentage off, no "free consultation", and no financing terms until the practice sends those to us approved in writing. Once you do, we add the offer on top of this same footage and we do not have to shoot again.
What to shoot
Three concepts, two videos each
Each video runs 20 to 30 seconds and is built in three blocks. The first three seconds decide whether the rest is ever seen, so the hook is filmed first and filmed twice, with two different opening lines.
Concept A / 2 videos / the doctor speaks to camera
The candidacy question
The angle Green Dental Studio has been running in Fort Lauderdale for 18 months straight.
0 to 3s
Hook
Doctor, head and shoulders, looking straight into the lens. No intro, no logo, no music sting. Starts mid sentence.
"If you are missing teeth and nobody has told you whether implants are still an option for you, listen."
3 to 18s
Body
Same shot or a cut to the doctor beside a CBCT screen or a model. Explains, in plain words, that bone, gums and time change what is possible.
"Some patients still qualify for a fixed solution. Some need something else first. I cannot tell from a photo, I have to look."
18 to 25s
Ask
Back to the straight to camera shot. Calm, no urgency, no countdown.
"Answer a few questions below and my team will tell you where you stand."
Concept B / 2 videos / doctor or team member
The denture wearer
The angle Sher Dental has run for seven months across Fort Lauderdale, Aventura and North Miami.
0 to 3s
Hook
Opens on the specific daily indignity, not on dentistry. Can be a close shot of hands with an adhesive tube, or straight to camera.
"Still taking your teeth out at night?"
3 to 18s
Body
Names the three things patients actually complain about: food they stopped ordering, the denture moving while they talk, the sore spots.
"Implant supported teeth stay in. Not everyone qualifies on the first visit, and that is worth knowing before you plan anything."
18 to 25s
Ask
Straight to camera, seated, office visible but out of focus behind.
"Tell us what you are dealing with and we will look at your case."
Concept C / 2 videos / a real patient, with signed consent
The patient in the chair
The angle Nuvia has run nationally since December, and the highest performing format in the category.
0 to 3s
Hook
The patient's own first reaction, filmed at the moment they see the result. Handheld is fine. Imperfect is better than staged.
"I have not smiled in a photo in eleven years."
3 to 20s
Body
The patient says what they avoided and what changed. No script. Prompt them with questions and cut your own voice out.
Ask: "What did you stop doing?" and "What was the first thing you ate?"
20 to 30s
Ask
Doctor closes in one line, or a clean end card with the practice name and the Las Olas Boulevard address.
"If that sounds like you, answer a few questions below."
Mandatory elements
A video missing any of these comes back
A human face in the first frame. No logo card, no title animation, no drone shot of the building. The face is what stops the scroll.
Spoken words from second one. Silence in the first two seconds kills the piece. The speaker starts already mid thought.
Burned in captions. Most of this audience watches with the sound off. Captions are on screen for the whole video, not just the hook.
Clean audio. A lapel microphone on the speaker. Phone microphone across the room is the single most common reason a dental video underperforms.
The practice named once, out loud, late. Around second 15 or later, never in the opening line.
Signed media release for every patient on camera. Name, date, and explicit permission for paid social use. We cannot run a single frame of a patient without it, and this is the item that most often holds up a launch.
Before and after stills as separate files. Same angle, same lighting, same distance for both. If the two shots do not match, the pair is unusable.
Raw files, not edited exports. Send the footage as it came off the camera. We cut it. A video that arrives already edited with music and titles has to be rebuilt.
Format and size
Technical specification
Aspect ratio
9:16 vertical. Shoot vertical, do not crop a horizontal video later.
Resolution
1080 x 1920 minimum. 4K is welcome, we downscale.
Frame rate
30fps. Avoid 60fps, it reads as a home video on Reels.
Duration
20 to 30 seconds per finished piece. Send us 60 to 90 seconds of usable footage per concept.
Safe area
Keep faces and anything that must be read inside the middle 60 percent. Meta overlays the top 14 percent and the bottom 20 percent with its own interface.
Audio
Lapel or shotgun microphone, recorded in a quiet room. No background music on the raw file.
Lighting
Face lit from the front, window or key light. No backlight, no operatory light glare on glasses.
Stills
JPEG or PNG, 2000px on the long side, no filters, no whitening in post.
File format
MP4 or MOV, H.264.
What not to do
Do not open with the practice logo or a title card. Those three seconds are the most expensive three seconds in the campaign.
Do not state a price, a discount, a monthly payment, or the word free anywhere in the video. The moment the practice approves an offer we add it as an overlay, and the footage stays usable either way.
Do not promise a result. No "you will", no "guaranteed", no "permanent" without the clinical qualifier. Meta rejects it and it is the wrong promise for a first contact.
Do not use stock footage of models with perfect teeth. It reads as an advertisement in half a second and the audience scrolls.
Do not edit, add music, add transitions, or add captions before sending. Send raw.
Do not film a patient without the signed release in hand first.
Delivery
How to send it to us
Naming
CONCEPT_TAKE_DATE. Example: A_01_2026-09-22.mp4
How to send
Google Drive or Dropbox folder shared with our team. Do not send by text message or WhatsApp, both compress the file.
Release forms
Scanned as a single PDF in the same folder, named to match the patient in the footage.
Minimum to launch
Two videos from Concept A.
Full package
Six videos, one before and after set, and all release forms.
One open item on your side.
The credit card on the ad account has expired. The campaign is built and paused, and nothing will deliver until that payment method is updated. We would rather have that resolved before the footage arrives than after.
